MH test

Yola was today in MH test. It went really well, I think. It was just like Yola, so there wasn’t big surprises. Judges said that Yola is really active and playful dog. She likes strangers, didn’t mind if people familiar or not, they are nice. She is also very curious and she wants to be there where is happening something. Doesn’t matter if it’s fun or not, she just needs to be there.

First we walk by the audience to see how she react on people. She noticed them didn’t mind much, just kept going on. She left with the figurant, though she wasn’t interested at all. She was playing today really neatly, didn’t tug much and didn’t bite very well. She is playing at home or trainings much better, though the situation is whole different. Chasing was surprise! She didn’t notice it all, didn’t chase. She didn’t even go to look target :o She was just sniffing and eating grass. I’m not so sure if she saw target at all?! Activity was also surprise (I was standing still 3min), she was so calm :D Little bit of sniffing but only standing beside me.

Distant play was what I expect it to be. She was barking and defending herself a lot. She continued it even the figurant took off her cloak and started to play, Yola was just barking. She came to see figurant when we went to her but I think she was just looking after the cloak person.

Surprise was also what I expect it to be. Yola react strongly when the overall came up but went fast be herself to see it. Same thing was with noise sensitivity. Ghost was also what I expect :D She was defending herself really strongly by barking loudly and her whole body was defending mode. She didn’t give up inch! It was really clear that we would tackle ghost if they would come close enough. She went fast to see the ghosts but still in defending mode. But when I was talking to them, she came to greet them friendly and make contact. Second playing was quite same than first one and shooting wasn’t problem.
